In this way, the savings certificates are sold every month The actual paid profit is calculated by calculating the number of transferred savings certificates and the amount of profit due in that month and calculating the profit due on the total savings certificate in the verified month. Comparing with the amount, it can be understood whether the profit has been overpaid. If the paid profit is more than the profit due, then the government has to bear the financial loss. If the paid profit is less than the return due, it means that some customers have not yet come to redeem their coupons or some customers have prematured their savings certificates. Broken.
