The main slogan of the postal department is "Sebai Adarsh". And keeping this slogan in mind, our main objective is to improve the quality of service and achieve customer satisfaction. Our future plan and main goal is to digitize our post e-centers and rural post offices and bring the postal service to the doorsteps of the people in remote rural areas. 

1. EMS, MS, Parcel, GEP, VPP / VPL, Insurance etc. The work under Track and Tracking Service has been largely implemented, the rest is in process. It does not cause unnecessary delays, the control system and the dynamics are increasing. Government IO is on the rise.

2. Due to the sincerity and goodwill of the present government, the implementation of automation activities is almost at the final stage. Counterpart, PLP Saving Bank, Transparency, Accountability and Anti-Corruption are playing an effective role in maintaining accounts.

3. Mail Processing Center Providing Modern Equipment has been provided. Mail processing is also being modernized in rural post offices as per the master plan of the government. Establishment of postal bank, modern technology based mail processing, advanced modernization of each post office, construction of improved houses for departmental unused space, postal shops, housing facilities are also in process. Postal Cash Card has already been introduced to avoid the risk of carrying money of the customers. , So that the accountability of the officers and employees can be ensured.
